Founded in 2021 by Dr. Brett Horton, b3 Remarkable evolved out of a series of speaking engagements, 13 years in the hospitality industry, a 20-year career in higher education, and a six-year stint working for Chick-fil-A.
Together, these experiences shaped a firm grounded in real-world leadership, operational excellence, and people-centered growth. Today, b3 Remarkable trains and consults across a wide range of service-driven industries, including hotels, clubs, resorts, municipal governments, higher education, sporting operations, legal services, and real estate development. While the contexts may differ, our work shares a common focus: helping good organizations become great through intentional, customized leadership development.
