b3 Remarkable, Brett Horton

Who We Are?

b3 Remarkable is a leadership development firm committed to helping individuals, well… be remarkable, and reach their full potential through training, executive coaching, and consulting.

Our mission is to develop world leaders to function in high performing teams, adding value to self, organization, and society.

Founded by Dr. Brett Horton in 2021, the company evolved out of a series of speaking engagements, 13-years in the hospitality industry, a 20-year career in higher education, and a six-year stint being coached while working for Chick-fil-A.

Initially the three in b3 Remarkable was a reference to the principal partners in the company: Brett, trainer and coach; Jay, marketing guru; and Faith, financial and accounting lead. It also represented the primary areas of b3 Remarkable leadership development: Training, Executive Coaching, and Consulting. It now reflects our core values as well: Courage, Compassion, and Trust.

What We Do?

While b3 Remarkable trains and consults in a number of industries including municipal governments, academics, stadium operations, and real estate development, all the work the firm does has one thing in common. We customize leadership development to meet the needs of individuals who are leading good organizations that desire to be great.

Everything that b3 Remarkable does is custom.  We begin with a conversation to discern the desired outcomes of the individual or group and what it will take to realize the B.H.A.G. and short term goals, and overcome challenges. Every organization is unique, and we believe our leadership development strategy must be equally individualized to add value. Check out sample modules and trainings we have done in the past below.
