Brett Horton, Ph.D.
CEO, Lead Consultant, Executive Coach
Along with being the Chief Executive, Lead Consultant, and Executive Coach of b3 Remarkable, Dr. Horton serves as the faculty of Hospitality Management at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas.
Horton understands teams, having worked 12 years at five-star hotels and resorts as well as being the senior director at the WinShape Retreat Center in Mount Berry, Georgia, a part of Chick-fil-A.
It seems like companies need individuals who can lead and manage others in today’s dynamic environment. Most new managers are not as prepared as they need to be, and Horton’s background makes him an astute partner to deliver comprehensive leadership development and individualized coaching.
Horton has a Ph.D. in restaurant, hotel, institution, and tourism management from Purdue University; an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs; and a B.S. in restaurant, hotel, and institution management from K-State
Jay Horton, M.Div.
CMO and Consultant
Along with being the Chief Marketing Officer and a Consultant of b3 Remarkable, Jay Horton serves as the communication lead for Georgia Interfaith Power and Light, an environmental justice nonprofit working to equip faith communities across the state of Georgia to care for our planet through advocacy, resourcing, and education.
Jay is a sought-after writer, public-speaking coach, and DEIB (diversity-equity-inclusion-belonging) thought leader working with colleges and organizations across the southeast, including Emory University, Rome Georgia Pride, the Reconciling Ministries Network, the Upper Room, TEDxUGA, and Berry College.
Jay holds an M.Div. from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University and an A.B.J. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
Faith Horton
CFO and Consultant
Along with being the Chief Financial Officer and a Consultant of b3 Remarkable, Faith has over three years experience working in banking compliance.
A Excel aficionado and research expert, Faith believes in the power of hard work and organization to grow companies in the future. Faith holds a B.S. in Economics from Kansas State University, summa cum laude.
Jeremy Burns, MSN
Healthcare Consultant
Along with being the Lead Healthcare Consultant at b3 Remarkable, Jeremy also serves as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Manager, and Professional Development Practitioner at Georgia’s Wellstar Health System.
Before that, Burns spent 9 years working at Grady Hospital, Atlanta’s premier level-one trauma center, first as a Neuro ICU Charge Nurse, then as an Advance Clinical Educator, before becoming a system CNS. He has been a registered nurse for close to 20 years.
Jeremy holds a B.S.N. from Baptist Health Sciences University and an M.S.N from the University of South Alabama.
Michelle Horton
Executive Assistant and Company Experience Coordinator
In addition to being the Company Experience Coordinator and an Executive Assistant at b3 Remarkable, Michelle is an information specialist at a large, urban library system.
Caring, fastidious, and detail-oriented, Michelle holds a B.A. in Journalism from Radford University and enjoys keeping the company (and family) having fun.
